dugindeepI dreamt that I posted the first half of the HS AU, and when I woke up, I was all discombobulated. Like "Why would I do that? I hate posting WIPs. What was I thinking?" It was all very strange, and I don't know why it bothered me so much when I was awake, but it did. Haha. Probably because I know Part Two is going to be the major thing.
I also woke up remembering that tomorrow is the last day of February, and thus, my pinch-hit for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
spn_fs_exchange is due. FML. So I'm doing that today, this morning, whatever. When I was supposed to just write Part Two HS, though maybe I can squeeze that in, too.
In other news, I watched What Is and What Never Should Be last night and am rewatching this morning because I fell asleep in the middle of it and I have notes:
*The lighting is up in a lot of the scenes and Jensen is gorgeous.
*Jared looks really, really good when he takes a flat iron to his head :-P
*Dean looks gloriously happy in so much of the 'AU' scenes and it makes my heart warm.
*I will never get over Dean throwing Sam's phone out the window. It makes me laugh and laugh.
*I love the parallels to the Pilot when Sam finds Dean in their mom's silver, and I get especially :-D when Dean's all 'that was so easy, I'm embarrassed for you.'
*I think it says a lot about Dean and his love for his family that he doesn't want the future life, because while he has Mary, John is still dead and he doesn't have Sam. It only negates people complaining this season about the reversal of a valued family between Sam and Dean this season because it's ALWAYS been like this.
*I seriously think S2 is Jared's best season. Both in looks and acting. I will say it forever.
*When Dean is having his breakdown in front of John's grave, he says "hee-roh."
*Also, Dean's epic solo tear of pain still gets me excited, and then he drops a few more, and swipes a hand down his face, and I love it. I don't know why, I just love when Dean wipes his face like that.
*I really like Sam in this ep, just something with the inflections Jared uses when talking to Dean about how crazy everything is. Especially after Sam follows Dean in the car.
*Is that an actual Dean jacket he wears in all the AU scenes? Because I don't remember but I'm in love with it.
*I want gifs of Dean eating the sandwich, Dean making the goofy smiley face when Mary asks if he really wants to mow the lawn, and Dean calling Sam bitch, Sam being confused, and Dean saying he was supposed to say Jerk.
*ACK WTF SAM YOU FUCKING IDIOT. He's wearing the ugly pink shirt at the end. I had to edit this entry to add that. GAH.
