GUYS GUYS GUYS!

I went and saw Jack the Giant Slayer in 3D last night and it was AMAZING. And a definite mood boost (as was the meds finally kicking back in). I adore Bryan Singer for his wonderful work on The Usual Suspects and the X-Men movies, and the trailer just looked so fun and exciting that I've been looking forward to this movie for a long while now. I am beyond satisfied that it did not disappoint. I loved everyone, literally, and this never happens to me; I almost always find someone to not really enjoy. The bad guy was great and bad, the good guy was great and good, the royalty was magnificent. The visuals were amazing, the story was interesting, I only had one minor issue with technicalities in the story (hah, one is very low for me), and I rather enjoyed the world they created here.

But you know what I think I enjoyed best?
