I'm not dead yet!

So the mini-vacation with mom went well ... only downer is I got pretty sick the following day and have been battling a killer sore throat since then. My sinuses aren't doing well, either, but really, it's the fucking sore throat that is making me miserable. I've been doing Vitamin C powdered drinks for three days now, with no help. Cough drops non stop, with the unfortunate side effects of the sugar free variety today making my digestive system hell. And Chloraseptic spray only making the roof of my mouth and my tongue numb ... while my throat still kills. Sigh.

Unrelatedly ... what would men use for lube in the 1920s? Asking for a friend.
