4 ½ Tbsp crab roe2 ½ Tbsp crème fraiche
2 ½ Tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 ½ Tbsp sherry
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¾ tsp champagne vinegar
