S1 Non-AU Fics??

Weeeeeeeks ago, I realized I pay a butt load of money for a giant cable package when I spend half my time on Hulu or Netflix, so I downgraded my account. Like, seriously downnnnnn. All the way down to just 20 basic channels and HBO (because I love Veep!). And now I'm living off of Hulu and Netflix, except I then had so much free TV watching time that I've caught up on all my shows. Thus a great idea was born: Starting SPN from the VERY BEGINNING.

And now, watching all the cutesy Jared and Jensen with baby faces and baby voices and baby hairs makes me yearn for S1 Non-AU fics. Anyone got some recommendations?

Non-show related, I contracted gastroenteritis a few weeks ago from bad chicken and was really badly sick at home for Fourth of July weekend. I'm just now getting back to eating regular, complex foods, though still facing some lingering effects for the gastro infection. As such, I have had only four alcoholic beverages in the last three weeks (all this weekend with fangirls at Pittcon). As comparison, I think I had five beers the night before I got sick?

When I realized my mood has been rather impressive lately, the light bulb went on. And I actually have no real inclination to have a drink at all. I'm also eating better - thanks to the unsettled stomach - and attempting to lose weight. I'm sure seeing some of my favorite fanladies this weekend (cherie_morte and quickreaver among others) helped my mood, as well as being outdoors in the sun, has helped. But yesterday, I told a coworker buddy I really liked her shirt and she looked cute, and she was like "What? Why are you calling me cute? Are you okay?" LOL
