dugindeepToday should be a good day: It's Friday; bowling has ended, which means no more hungover Fridays (until Sept); I've lost a few pounds, enough to spur me forward; it's finally springtime in Chicago ...
And yet, this morning, Metra took twice as long to get into work than normal and so I spent an hour of my morning stuck on a train that alternated between stalling and going backwards. Not good. Add on that I have some pretty annoying pain in my left mid-forearm down to my fingers, and that I realized I left porny fics on my work hard drive that the IT lady took back to her office to transfer to our server so I can collect the files DDDD: I was good about saving over a bunch of random files before swapping out hard drives, but somehow totally forgot about the Download folder and sooooooooo. Yeah. I mean, I had sent myself the file the last time I added to it, so having the most current file is not the issue. THE ISSUE IS THAT WORK PEOPLE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THESE FILES.
Take it from me, kids: Don't write porn at work.
In other news, it is a huge fucking pain to set up this new hard drive to all the settings and quirks I enjoyed on my last one.
