This afternoon, I'm head out to Massachusetts for work meetings. I'm flying on American Airlines, which I have not done in AGES, but it was a corporate rate and good schedule-wise. Of course, I left checking in until the last minute and am now trying to do so before leaving the office for the airport.

No matter what I try to do - change seats, upgrade my boarding to an better option, or just dang check-in and print my ticket - I get this message:



I'm finally sympathetic to Jared's needs.

I also really miss Southwest.
