I don't have any real #happythings today, mostly because I'm tired and bored and maybe a lil hungover from staying up too late last night. I didn't drink that much, but I've noticed that because I'm not young anymore sleep is the real relief after having more than a drink or two.
> Once in a while, my eyes get real funky and there's this gunk that forms then irritates me. So I always try to get it out, mostly because it blurs my vision, and then my eyes get irritated, and more gunk comes along and I keep touching my eyes and and and. It's very annoying. And it's happening right now.
> I have been SO gung-ho on work lately and yet today I am just staring at the screen, wishing I had something more interesting to work on. I have to start ~writing~ my newest proposal and somehow I can't gear up the will to get going.
> I took a short nap over lunch and my one arm was bent upward so it fell asleep. When I woke up, it took a good five minutes until all the pins-and-needles stopped. During that whole time I kept imagining how the blood rushes back into the arm and who in the world ever first said "my arm fell asleep!" Why is it related to sleeping?? I can still use it!
