spn_j2_xmas. Any medical details herein were obtained via google, meaning I spent anywhere from 2-5 minutes on a topic until I felt comfortable enough to write a few lines about it. And as far as the medical marvel contained within, it is
actually a thing that’s happening … though, I admit, I am taking great liberties with the level of successful recovery going on here. Also, also, I know I’ve been on a huge ass James Bay kick for a long time now, but
Incomplete came on soon after I finished writing, and it just matches all too perfectly and thusly inspired the title.
*OKAY SO. I WAS SO REALLY FUCKING EXCITED WHEN I GOT MY ASSIGNMENT BECAUSE CHERIE IS MY NUMBER 1 CON BABE AND TRAVEL F(R)IEND AND CUCHARITA. I even had a full on twitter thread of just tons of laughing and crying gifs the day I found out. We have so many inside dumb jokes and four-plus years of hilarity, adoration, McNuggies, butchered pancakes, and para-para-paradise after a long freaking time of drifting around the same fandom circles, meaning I was so, so, so, so delighted to be able to write for her. HOW-EV-ER. I’ll admit that none of the prompts really ticked any of my boxes, but at the time of assignments, I was like
cool, cool, cool, no big, no big and knew I’d find something to write to her. Which, I thought I did, and up until Friday, Dec 8, I had a grand idea for something stupid depressing with angst and death and a famous/not-famous set up (so many of her likes in ONE SLOW BURN FIC!). I even racked up a stellar 12,000 words of it in a week. But then … well, I am who I am, and realized the story I was writing would become a huge fucking thing of like 40-50-60 thousand words???? And I started to second-guess pretty much every single thing I was doing with it, feared it wasn’t quite the thing to tick her boxes after all, and wanted to throw it out the window.
Then that very Friday, late afternoon/early evening, I was lying on the floor in fanfic emo writer pain, petting the flufferbutt Shep, and Pandora played

I had all of you, most of you, some of you, then none of you … take me back to the night we met … and well, My Sweet Darling Cuch, here is my early entry into Coma Big Bang all for you (I know, I know, it’s not even 2020 yet), featuring some sweet, angsty infidelity. Because why not? (I have to admit that adding in the ComaBB joke just adds to the excitement I’ve had since I changed gears and started writing this thing).
